And seeing how you are the only one to make such a criticism, I'll assume you are hyper sensitive to the bragging owing to the company you keep. I stated my connection to Israel's formation to establish why I may be worth listening in the din of opinions floating around the internets and beyond. Unlike your friends, I didn't spend an hour talking about questionable connection. I spent a paragraph describing direct connections to the founders of Israel and the Zionist movement. Moreover, I'm not especially proud of many of my family members' actions, so it's far from a brag.
I have a deep connection with my ancestry, and have spent a good deal of time researching it and contemplating how it impacts my views. The "clear analysis" you cite is a direct result of all this connection and contemplation, and therefore bears mentioning.
